Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, optimizing production planning, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and predictive modeling. This role requires cross-functional coordination and a strong grasp of ERP systems and Lean practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand and inventory to optimize production scheduling. (Time Spent: 20%)
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics. (Time Spent: 15%)
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory using ERP systems like SAP. (Time Spent: 10%)
• Lead production meetings to align teams and optimize manufacturing output. (Time Spent: 10%)
• Generate performance and scheduling reports to support strategic decision-making. (Time Spent: 10%)
• Conduct predictive modeling to forecast demand and support operational planning. (Time Spent: 10%)
• Ensure adherence to Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices. (Time Spent: 10%)
• Supervise cross-functional team collaboration on data-driven initiatives. (Time Spent: 10%)
• Maintain accurate operating records for auditing and compliance purposes. (Time Spent: 5%)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
